This book mainly aims to help the undergraduates in surgery and gives a comprehensive study of clinical surgery. This book also contains essential surgical anatomy, terms and signs as a pocket reference. Some common surgical case discussed are Thrombo Angitis Obliterans (TAO), hernia, varicose veins, peptic ulcer, hydrocele, thyroid, obstructive jaundice, carcinoma breast and portal hypertension, abdominal lump, oral cavity. All these problems are discussed with their history, general and systematic examination, inspection, palpation, diagnosis, treatment and surgery. The points that should be included in case presentations and case sheets are also discussed. All common surgical cases are synapsed to help the students to easily revise and reproduce in clinical examination.
