    dear admin
    I always use foxit reader but some pages is missing for example there is no page no. 215 and the figure in 216 is fig17-2, Certainly there was page no 215 containing fig17-1 that now is missing.

    I had the same problem… Foxit reader doesn´t work….
    Try Adobe digital editions… You can see all the document without problems!

    Hi
    by flattening of pages ( a command in foxit phantom) the pages that can not be seen appear but some distortions occur.
    By adobe digital editions all pages are seen. The missing pages are there but very tiny and layered.
